Shipping Info

Orders received by 3PM Eastern Time on Mon-Fri will usually ship the same day (excluding Holidays).  Orders received after 3PM Eastern Time will usually ship the next business day.  All items ship from our location in Massachusetts. Express shipping options, such as UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air, are generally not delivered on the weekends and weekend days do not count toward UPS's delivery timeframe (for instance, a 2 Day Air shipment sent on Friday may not show up until the following Tuesday as Saturday and Sunday are not generally counted).

Express Shipping

UPS Next Day, 2nd Day Air and Three Day Select are all offered as express shipping options. UPS Ground is not an express option (in some cases our Free Shipping by USPS is faster). UPS Ground is offered as a less expensive option for delivery locations that do not accept US Mail. If you need your order quickly, we recommend using one of the express UPS options.

Warranty

All of our items come with a 6 month warranty.  This warranty covers any unit defects that are causing the item not to work properly.  It does not cover any damage that occurred to the item while in the customers possession.

Extended Warranty

We offer 1 and 2 year extended warranties on many of our items.  If you purchase an extended warranty and have an issue within 1 or 2 years of the base warranty expiring, simply contact us and we'll send out a replacement as well as a return label to send the broken item back to us.  Your extended warranty details can be looked up by name, phone number or address - no need to keep any paperwork or receipts!

Returns

All of our items come with a 30 day return period.  If the item received damage during shipping please note it with the shipping company and contact us immediately.  If you simply wish to return the item because you no longer need it, or it was the wrong one, you have 30 days to do so.  After that, it is considered a warranty issue.  Details are located here.
